Mead Johnson engaged Ameex to implement a scalable global web platform for its Enfamil line. The team wanted to establish a unified platform to serve more than 40 different global markets, supports direct-to-consumer marketing and helps the organization build progressive profiles of its customers. The new platform would give an opportunity to expand use of personalization technologies, integrate with CRM, CDP, commerce, and ERP systems, and offer an omnichannel experience across its digital properties.
Mead Johnson wanted to improve the overall experience for its product sites, and build a practice around search engine optimization to develop better organic search results. A new site would also better engage visitors across markets.
Ameex proposed a solution to address the immediate requirement and then took a strategic consulting approach to offer digital experience transformation. With Acquia and Drupal, Ameex’s development team helped Mead Johnson build code components that can be reused and customized across 40 of Enfamil’s regional sites. This approach reduces the cost of site and platform maintenance, while providing content authors the tools needed to make region-specific modifications on localized sites. The team also mapped customer journeys based on digital analytics to provide an omnichannel experience. The new Enfamil sites would take advantage of chat and voice technologies, and introduce an all-new multisite architecture and UI.
