
Claudia Linh is the director of digital channels at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. She leads the planning and execution of the digital marketing and content programs in support of the enterprise’s strategic plan. As the demand for patient-centric web experiences increase’s, Claudia is tasked at CHLA with enhancing CHLA’s brand loyalty online through personalization to ultimately grow its patient acquisition. Claudia oversees CHLA’s corporate website and social media channels and develops and articulates content strategy for each channel, while leading and overseeing digital advertising in support of clinical efforts. She also participates and leads collaborative dialogues related to CHLA’s digital health initiatives, ensuring CHLA brand standards are applied and that the user experience is maximized at every digital touchpoint for CHLA stakeholders.
