With more than 16 years of experience in technology and marketing, Courtney heads up the Digital Marketing at EBSCO Information Services. Her focus is on guiding the digital experience strategy, building the B2B & B2C marketing websites, and leading the technology roadmap. In her current role, she has lead EBSCO’s internal marketing team in the implementation of marketing automation and new digital tools, resulting in campaign strategies to drive new leads. In addition, this past year Courtney has headed up the project to select a new Enterprise Content Management System and Digital Asset Management system. This involved everything from requirement analysis to selecting a solution, to a successful implementation (launched new corporate website site and internal DAM May 2018). She also oversees a team of developers.
