Derek is the leader of Pegasystem's Digital IT team which is responsible for the company’s digital transformation programs and integration with Pega's technology and platforms. In this role, Derek ensures effective ongoing operations of Pega's digital technology portfolio in partnership with the digital marketing team, global customer support, and technical enablement stakeholders.
