
As part of the BHGE global Digital Customer Experience team, Gladys is responsible for managing the web platforms and leading the UX Center of Excellence. She partners closely with customers and operating leadership teams to develop solutions that will digitize the engagement framework and provide valuable operational insight to improve the overall customer value and experience. She is a driver of establishing a UX design-thinking culture and providing a common UX framework across the BHGE digital portfolio. Gladys also co-
leads the company’s Digital Technology Leadership Program.
Gladys has been with GE since 1997 beginning with GE Capital Information Technology Solutions in Mississauga, Ontario. There she held expansive marketing responsibilities
including public relations, advertising, and commercialization of New Product Introductions. She then earned her Black Belt certification delivering DFSS NPI and Design for Customer Impact (DFCI) projects for GE Capital’s Business Development group. In 2000, she transferred to CNBC, starting at the Internet division of CNBC.com managing vendor compliance and service level agreements. She earned her Master Black Belt certification and progressed to Quality Leader. She drove CNBC’s $10MM digitization strategy, leading to the successful launch of the company’s first fully digital production facility. Gladys joined GE Security in 2005 as a Product Marketing Manager where she managed a leading global security monitoring software product. She expanded the customer base into EMEA and Latin America, grew the product portfolio with integrated solutions, and established key customer working groups to drive product roadmaps. Gladys also played a role within the GE Corporate Diversity organization as the Program Manager, Affinity Networks supporting both the Asian Pacific American Forum (APAF) and the African American Forum (AAF).
Gladys has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary, majoring in Marketing. In her spare time, Gladys loves to read, bake, travel and is a professional Polynesian dancer. She lives with her husband in Houston.
