As senior solutions manager in Acquia’s Professional Service Department, Jeff Reed works directly with potential and existing customers to consult, advise, and size their new digital implementation projects for Drupal and Acquia products. Prior to his role as solutions manager Jeff was a program manager leading many of Acquia’s enterprise customers to successful completion of their projects.
Jeff is an effective leader with more than 15 years of business analysis and project management experience in the digital communications space, identifying and solving complex digital communication and business problems. He has a successful track record of consulting with organizations defining project goals and objectives, building consensus, facilitating partnerships, and inspiring teams to deliver results.
Before joining Acquia, Jeff was at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he managed an internal services team, consisting of consultants and developers, that delivered digital solutions for MIT departments.
