
Jon is a group vice president of strategy at Huge. He leads the strategy practice for Huge's Washington DC office, where his team is responsible for helping clients plan, design, and launch products and services that users love. His clients have included Audi, Lyft, Time Warner, Credit Suisse, and the US State Department. In addition to his work at Huge, Jon teaches a master's masters course on digital strategy at Georgetown University, helping managers better understand how to transform the way their organizations communicate.
Prior to joining Huge Jon was a senior associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, where he led the development of the firm's digital strategy and service design capabilities for commercial and public sector clients. He's presented at a wide range of global design and creative organizations including the Cannes International Festival of Creativity, Service Experience Conference, The Clinton Global Initiative, Word of Mouth Marketing Association (WOMMA) and TED. Jon holds a BBA in Marketing from James Madison University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Jon lives in Arlington, Virginia, with his wife and three sons. He's an avid coffee roaster and investor in Sugar Shack, a regional donut shop.
