As the Chief Strategy Officer of Mirum Agency, Mark leads Mirum’s Strategy & Planning, Insights, and Performance Media teams to transform client businesses. His approach is to work closely with organizations to collaborate, plan and execute large-scale digital efforts and improve marketing, sales, customer experience, product, and brand.
Previous to Mirum, Mark was a partner at Accenture working at the intersection of business transformation and digital experiences, with a focus on financial services. Mark was also a founding faculty member of Accenture Financial Services Innovation Center and leading author of Accenture’s Generation D research platform. Prior to Accenture, Mark was the managing director and co-founder of Consensus Interactive, a Boston-based digital agency.
